A Candidate Manager (also known as an Applicant Management System) is an online system with which to manage applicants for your jobs. Typically, the application management systems involve logging into an online account with the job board from where you can monitor, track, rate and/or respond to applicants. Candidate managers or Applicant Management System can be very useful if you are running numerous recruitment campaigns.
