Screening

Screening (also known as Applicant Screening or Candidate Filtering) is an online facility that allows employers to check a candidate's suitability for a job during the application process. Typically, candidates are "screened" or "filtered" by means of questions and, depending on their answers, are either allowed proceed to apply for the job or are rejected. A typical filtering question might be "Do you have a valid work permit?" Such a service can really help to reduce the number of inappropriate applicants.
