Some job sites and job boards offer employers a Job Match service. Typically, Job Match services match advertised jobs with candidate profiles or CVs. This matching can be done manually (by a person) or, more often, involve some candidate matching software. Both candidates and employers can be notified when good matches for either are found. It can be a good way to quickly find suitable live candidates and is very popular amongst recruitment consultants.
