JustEngineers.net wins Best Job Board at the Recruiter Awards 2009 JobsGroup.net, operator of JustEngineers.net and JustConstruction.net, is celebrating JustEngineers.net recent win of the title Best Job Board at the prestigious Recruiter Awards for Excellence.

The award win for JustEngineers.net follows the re-launch of all JobsGroup.net sites in December 2008. It is the second time in four years that JobsGroup.net has won the award, which is judged in terms of quality of service, innovation and profitability.

Mark Hepworth, Managing Director of JobsGroup.net, commented, "I'm thrilled the team has been recognised by the Recruiter Awards panel of judges for all their hard work. We put a huge amount of effort into re-launching our sites onto a new platform at the end of last year so that they could benefit from the latest technology. We also made improvements across the board, from design and functionality through to usability and reporting. Along with the award the relaunch also resulted in an unprecedented 160% increase in the number of applications per vacancy (APV), a 153% increase in monthly CV registrations and a 19% increase in time spent on the sites.

According to JobsGroup there may be up to 600,000 engineers in the UK and with more than 224,000 technical CVs registered across the JobsGroup network, the site estimates is has 37% of all UK engineers using its sites. JustEngineers.net alone attracts 160,000 monthly unique engineering job seekers and has over 162,000 registered engineering CVs.
