Accounting jobs top of the searches on whatjobsite

The latest stats on whatjobsite for August didn’t suggest any let up for the employer recruiter. We reached a new record of job board searches on whatjobsite. But, more important, what were our users looking for?
It must be that time of the year again, but Job boards covering Accounting Jobs were the most searched for on whatjobsite. Exam results will be out around now or shortly and there will be the annual scramble for senior auditors for the excitement of commerce.
Next came Admin and secretarial jobs. Admin and secretarial jobs are always very popular on whatjobsite. As we tend to have an SME audience, this is often the very first role an SME will need to fill. After that the usual top of the charts IT/IT support jobs, followed by Sales Jobs and then Care and Social Care jobs.
Sector-wise, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG led the field by a considerable margin. After that came Construction, Civil Engineering, then Health, Social Services, then Hospitality and Catering and finally Public Sector.
