RecruitRank Award 2009 Finalists Announced

Jobsite have announced the finalists for the RecruitRank Awards 2009. Recognising best practice and quality customer service in recruitment agencies, the RecruitRank Awards are the only awards in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen by feedback from candidates.

Jobsite’s aim with RecruitRank is to empower the job hunter by providing them with a voice in the recruitment process. RecruitRank is a feedback system which enables the job hunter to comment on their experiences of working with recruiters. Each time they apply for a vacancy they can comment on how the process went. Jobsite collates this information into categories to make up the annual awards which are a culmination of this feedback from candidates over a 12 month period.

The 10 companies with the highest rated customer service and best practice feature in the Jobsite RecruitRank Top 10. Finalists are categorised by ‘High Volume Jobsite User’ and ‘Low Volume Jobsite User’. This enables Jobsite to fairly recognise even more first class agencies, by rating their performance against agencies attracting similar levels of candidate feedback through RecruitRank. Commenting on the awards, Keith Potts, CEO of Jobsite says:

“This has been a tough year for everyone in the recruitment industry and in the current climate it’s even more important to recognise those recruiters who are demonstrating outstanding customer service. The finalists of the RecruitRank Awards are those agencies that have given candidates a great experience by making job hunting a little easier and less frustrating – both of which are the underlying objectives of Jobsite and RecruitRank. It’s great to see many of last year’s finalists retaining their high standards of customer service, but even better to see the amount of new recruiters making the shortlist.
