The recently published results of the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey (NORAS 2009) indicate that whatjobsite partner site s1jobs.com now attracts over three times more Scottish job seekers than its nearest competitors in the NORAS survey.
NORAS is one of the few sources of truly independent and objective information on the audiences of online recruitment sites in the UK. This year the survey questioned more than 50,000 job board users about their online recruitment behaviour.
The survey results show that s1jobs reached over 411,000 job seekers resident in Scotland per month over the survey period, while its nearest competitor in the survey, Fish4jobs, attracted just over 126,000. Managing Director Mark Smith observed:
“Once again, we are delighted with the results of NORAS, which illustrate the ongoing gap between s1jobs and our competitors. 2008 was a fantastic year for us and 2009 has gotten off to a great start. Even though vacancy numbers are down this year, we are still encouraged by the number of companies recruiting through s1jobs during the economic slowdown.”
This follows up on s1jobs recent award of UK’s Best Regional Jobsite for the last 6 years in the National Online Recruitment Awards.
