We look at careers websites, job board advertising, Web 2.0 recruitment channels, Search Engine Marketing for recruitment, online recruitment branding, and HR platform integration and implementation.

Creating an effective online recruitment strategy (Full day)

This full day course is designed to give HR and recruitment professionals the knowledge and expertise to create and implement an online recruitment strategy. The course will cover key areas such as defining recruitment needs and goals, reviewing current recruitment practice, assessing exisiting resources, identifying future needs, evaluating online recruitment channels, choosing HR platforms and, most importantly, successfully implementing an online recruitment strategy.

Our goal for attendees is that on completing the course they will have the knowledge, expertise and methodology to create and implement an effective online recruitment strategy.

Copywriting for online recruitment (half day)

This half day course is designed to give recruiters the copywriting skills to write great online recruitment copy. We look at writing both for careers websites and third-party job boards and the techniques for writing compelling copy for each channel. 

Our goal for attendees is that on completing the course they will have the ability and confidence to write effective copy for both their own company websites and third-party job boards.
